Costs related to this access (hardware, software, connection) remain the User\u2019s responsibility. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of their data.
